FEATURED EVENT

Pride Week: Queer Yoga, Sound Bath + Community — Denver, CO (All Levels)

Join The Body Place and Ace Coffee Bar for a slower Sunday morning of yoga, sound, and connection during Pride Week. Whether Pride feels exciting, overwhelming, joyful, complicated, or somewhere in between, you're welcome here.

Your body was there for all of it

The Body Place is here for you on this journey called life. If there is one thing you can do today, friend: it is to breathe. Prepare to go inwards.

What To Expect

No Shame. No performance.

You do not need to be more healed, flexible, spiritual, productive, or “together” to belong here. The Body Place exists to create spaces where people can show up honestly, exactly as they are, without fear of judgment, pressure, or perfection.

Trauma-Informed + Nervous System Aware

Every offering is created through a trauma-informed and nervous system-conscious lens. Emotional safety, regulation, consent, pacing, and choice are deeply valued within the spaces we create. This work is designed to support the whole person, not push people beyond their capacity.

Meet Yourself Where You Are

There is no “right way” to heal, move, process, or participate. Whether you are arriving exhausted, grieving, anxious, joyful, disconnected, curious, or overwhelmed, you are welcome here. The invitation is not to become someone else, but to reconnect with yourself more honestly and compassionately.

Consent, Communication + Choice

Your body and your experience are your own. Clear communication, personal autonomy, boundaries, and consent are prioritized in every class, workshop, retreat, and community space. You are always encouraged to honor your needs, make choices that feel supportive, and participate at your own pace.
